Market Rent
Market rent means tenants pay the full market rent for the unit (no subsidy), which is usually comparable with the private market.
We are not currently accepting applications for market rent units.

Below Average Market Rent
Rents for below average market rent units are set at a rate below the average rental rates in our community. To qualify for these units your income must be below a certain amount. The amounts change annually; check with the Region of Waterloo or Cambridge Kiwanis Housing tenant services for current income limits.
