Reception Services Coordinator

The Reception Services Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations in the office. The Reception Services Coordinator is the friendly face at the entrance of the building, and is the first point of contact in the office. 

Community Worker

The Community Worker is a great resource for all our tenants.  They arrange community events around our portfolio, provide resources to tenants in need, and is well versed in activities happening in the Region.  They work out of our various sites and can be met with in person! 

Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for overall operation of the corporation. The Director meets with and reports to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.

Tenant Services Coordinator

The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of all tenant-related matters including rental arrangements, rent calculations and Cambridge Kiwanis Housing events for tenants.

Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for assessing maintenance work requests and arranging for repairs as necessary.  They are also involved in tendering processes and additional special projects within the portfolio.

Contact Superintendent for maintenance concerns.

The Superintendents clean and maintain the lobbies, hallways, stairwells and any other common areas of the complexes. They are the first person you should contact if you have any questions or concerns about your unit or rental payments.
